CIAO Awards 2025 Scholarships
The Colonial Italian American Organization Donor Scholarship program is proud to announce the recipients of our scholarship awards for school year 2025-2026. Each winner will receive a $2000 scholarship in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements, community involvement and leadership qualities.
Congratulations to this year’s recipients:
Gabriel Taha of Menchville High School in Newport News
Amelia Butler of Lafayette High School in Williamsburg.
CIAO fundraises throughout the year to support these scholarships, which are administered through the scholarship website BOLD.org. A CIAO member selection committee reviews all applicants and chooses the winners.
We are honored to support these exceptional students as they pursue their educational goals and wish them the best in their future endeavors!
